Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια καυσίμων θέρμανσης κίνησης και λιπαντικών ετών 2026-2028 για το Δήμο Ιωαννιτών τις Δ/νσεις του και των Νομικών του προσώπων. Σύμφωνα με τον κανονισμό 213/2008 της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής, περί κοινού λεξιλογίου για τις δημόσιες συμβάσεις (CPV), τα υπό προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσονται ως εξής: Πετρέλαιο κίνησης CPV : 09134100-8 - Πετρέλαιο Ντίζελ (902.880 λίτρα) Βενζίνη Αμόλυβδη CPV : 09132100-4 - Αμόλυβδη Βενζίνη (81.260 λίτρα) Πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης CPV : 09135100-5 - Πετρέλαιο Θέρμανσης (4.247.800 λίτρα) Λιπαντικά CPV : 09211000-1 - Λιπαντικά έλαια και λιπαντικά μέσα (39.980 λίτρα) Η παρούσα σύμβαση υποδιαιρείται στα κάτωθι τμήματα (ομάδες): ΟΜΑΔΑ Α : ΚΑΥΣΙΜΑ ΘΕΡΜΑΝΣΗΣ των κτηρίων συνολικής εκτιμώμενης αξίας 7.399.621,31€ συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. ΟΜΑΔΑ Β : ΚΑΥΣΙΜΑ ΚΙΝΗΣΗΣ (ΠΕΤΡΕΛΑΙΟ ΚΙΝΗΣΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΑΜΟΛΥΒΔΗ ΒΕΝΖΙΝΗ) για τα οχήματα του Δήμου συνολικής εκτιμώμενης αξίας 1.801.407,87€ συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. ΟΜΑΔΑ Γ : ΛΙΠΑΝΤΙΚΑ των οχημάτων και μηχανημάτων του Δήμου Ιωαννιτών συνολικής εκτιμώμενης αξίας 169.124,71€ συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α.
