Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών για την ανάδειξη αναδόχου του έργου: «Επιτήρηση και δημόσιος έλεγχος παραγωγής οστρακοειδών - μίσθωση σκάφους έτους 2027-2029 (36μήνες)». Ο υποψήφιος Ανάδοχος θα αναλάβει την υλοποίηση του συνόλου των απαιτούμενων εργασιών που περιλαμβάνουν: • Παραλαβή των δειγματοληπτών από την μαρίνα Ν. Κρήνης. • Απόπλου τις προκαθορισμένες ημέρες και ώρες. • Μετάβαση στα σημεία δειγματοληψίας σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα. • Συγκέντρωση των δειγμάτων των οστράκων ελεύθερης αλιείας που αλιεύτηκαν από τους οστρακαλιείς δύτες στα σημεία δειγματοληψίας, καθ’ υπόδειξη του δειγματολήπτη υπαλλήλου της Υπηρεσίας. • Ανέλκυση αρμαθιών οστρακοκαλλιέργειας από τα σημεία που θα υποδειχθούν από τον δειγματολήπτη υπάλληλο της Υπηρεσίας, απόθεση αυτών επί του καταστρώματος για τη διενέργεια δειγματοληψίας και επαναπόντισή τους στα αρχικά σημεία. • Στάση σε σημεία που θα υποδειχθούν από τον δειγματολήπτη υπάλληλο της Υπηρεσίας για να γίνει από αυτόν συλλογή δειγμάτων θαλασσίου ύδατος. • Επιστροφή στην μαρίνα Ν. Κρήνης το αργότερο στις 14.00 μ.μ, με την ολοκλήρωση των δειγματοληψιών. Οι παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες κατατάσσονται στον ακόλουθο κωδικό του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) : [98112000-1]-Παροχή υπηρεσιών από επαγγελματικές οργανώσεις. Κωδικός ΝUTS: EL522. Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο του έργου, με κατάθεση εγγυητικής επιστολής συμμετοχής, ποσού 6.400,00 ευρώ (έως 2% του συνολικού προϋπολογισμού του έργου, μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Φ.Π.Α.). Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 397.000,00 ευρώ με ΦΠΑ 24% (320.161,29 ευρώ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Φ.Π.Α. 24%). Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται σε τριάντα έξι (36) μήνες (από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης).
