Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια λογισμικού και εξοπλισμού που συγκροτούν ενιαία και διαλειτουργούντα συστήματα για την ψηφιοποίηση λειτουργιών του Δήμου Κεντρικής Κέρκυρας και Διαποντίων Νήσων και την παροχή ψηφιακών υπηρεσιών και πληροφοριών στους δημότες. Η σύμβαση περιλαμβάνει και συνακόλουθες υπηρεσίες και συγκεκριμένα εργασίες εγκατάστασης και επίδειξης σε λειτουργία των συστημάτων, εκπαίδευσης στελεχών του Δήμου στην ορθή χρήση των συστημάτων. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 1.153.306,40 € μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: 1.430.100,00 €) (ΦΠΑ 276.793,60 €) Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης είναι 16 μήνες από την υπογραφή της.Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για ένα ή περισσότερα ή όλα τα τμήματα και για το σύνολο των ειδών και υπηρεσιών που περιλαμβάνει το κάθε τμήμα. Ο μέγιστος αριθμός ΤΜΗΜΑΤΩΝ που μπορεί να ανατεθεί σε έναν προσφέροντα ορίζεται σε πέντε (5).
