Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια νέων εφαρμογών και τεχνολογικών μέσων που θα βελτιώσουν τη διαχείριση και λειτουργικότητα του αστικού περιβάλλοντος στις ελληνικές πόλεις. Η υλοποίηση ψηφιακών λύσεων που υποστηρίζονται από τοπικά παραγόμενα δεδομένα στοχεύει σε πιο αποδοτικές, καινοτόμες και υψηλής ποιότητας υπηρεσίες, προς όφελος των κατοίκων, των επισκεπτών και των επιχειρήσεων, ενώ η αξιοποίηση τεχνολογιών για το Διαδίκτυο των Αντικειμένων (IoT) στοχεύει στην ενίσχυση της ζήτησης ευρυζωνικών υπηρεσιών. Στην παρούσα πρόταση περιλαμβάνονται οι παρακάτω δράσεις του Marketplace : Δράση 6. Έξυπνοι κάδοι απορριμμάτων Δράση 8. Οργάνωση Γραφείου Κίνησης και Διαχείριση Δημοτικού στόλου οχημάτων Δράση 18.Σύστημα διαχείρισης ηλεκτρονικών πληρωμών Δράση 22. Εγκατάσταση έξυπνων συστημάτων μέτρησης ποιότητας υδάτων (πόσιμου, ποταμών, λιμνών και θαλασσών σε βιομηχανικές εφαρμογές κλπ) Δράση 24. Έξυπνο σύστημα προειδοποίησης και αντιμετώπισης κινδύνων (πλημμυρικών φαινομένων, πυρκαγιάς , σεισμού κλπ.) εντός των ορίων του δήμου και σύμφωνα με τις αρμοδιότητες τους. Δράση 33. Υλοποίηση δημόσιων δεικτών μέτρησης απόδοσης σύμφωνα με ISO 37122, προσαρμοσμένο στις ελληνικές συνθήκες Δράση 34. Ολοκληρωμένη υποδομή προστασίας από κυβερνοεπιθέσεις (Network Firewall,Endpoint security, κλπ) και παροχή συστήματος τηλε-εργασίας Δράση 38. Ηλεκτρονική Τιμολόγηση
