Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι οι παρεμβάσεις για την ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση και εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας, που αφορούν στο εμβληματικό και ιδιαίτερης πολιτιστικής αξίας Πολιτιστικό και Πνευματικό Κέντρο του Δήμου Κορινθίων. Τα επιδιωκόμενα αποτελέσματα της Δράσης περιλαμβάνουν τη μείωση της κατανάλωσης ενέργειας κτιρίου και την παράλληλη μείωση των εκπομπών CO2 μέσω της βελτίωσης της ενεργειακής απόδοσης και της χρήσης ΑΠΕ στις κτιριακές του υποδομές, μέσω της υιοθέτησης ενεργειακά αποδοτικών συστημάτων για ψύξη και θέρμανση των χώρων του καθώς και στην αντικατάσταση των υπαρχόντων λαμπτήρων φωτισμού με LED. Για την υλοποίηση της προτεινόμενης πράξης, ο Δήμος θα υλοποιήσει 5 κατηγορίες παρεμβάσεων εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας και αξιοποίησης συστημάτων Α.Π.Ε ως εξής: 1. Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση αντλίας θερμότητας αέρος-νερού 2. Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση φωτιστικών σωμάτων τεχνολογίας LED 3. Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση Φωτοβολταϊκού Συστήματος 4. Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση συστήματος διαχείρισης ενέργειας 5. Προμήθεια και αντικατάσταση κουφωμάτων και υαλοπινάκων Η προμήθεια περιλαμβάνει την εγκατάσταση και θέση σε λειτουργία του εξοπλισμού και συμπεριλαμβάνει όλα τα μικροϋλικά ή αυτοματισμούς. Επίσης, συμπεριλαμβάνονται όλα τα απαραίτητα υλικά που θα απαιτηθούν και θα συνδεθούν για την πλήρη και ορθή λειτουργία των συστημάτων. Επίσης πριν την οριστική παραλαβή τους από τον Δήμο Κορινθίων, απαιτείται από τον ανάδοχο έλεγχος καλής εγκατάστασης και λειτουργίας και όπου προδιαγράφεται από την τεχνική μελέτη, έκδοση βεβαίωση καλής εγκατάστασης και λειτουργίας καθώς και εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού που θα αναλάβει τον χειρισμό λειτουργίας των εγκατεστημένων συστημάτων. Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης είναι η Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση συστήματος διαχείρισης ενέργειας στο Πολιτιστικό και Πνευματικό Κέντρο του Δήμου Κορινθίων.
