Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια μονάδας καθαρισμού ύδατος, δυνατότητας επεξεργασίας 80 m3/h προς παραγωγή πόσιμου νερού με σκοπό την αντιμετώπιση των αναγκών ύδρευσης του οικισμού του Άβαντα. Η παραγωγή του πόσιμου νερού, θα πραγματοποιείται με την μέθοδο της φίλτρανσης.
