ΔΙΑΚΗΡΥΞΗ ΑΝΟΙΚΤΗΣ ΔΙΑΔΙΚΑΣΙΑΣ ΜΕΣΩ ΤΟΥ ΕΘΝΙΚΟΥ ΣΥΣΤΗΜΑΤΟΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΝΙΚΩΝ ΔΗΜΟΣΙΩΝ ΣΥΜΒΑΣΕΩΝ (Ε.Σ.Η.ΔΗ.Σ.) ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΕΠΙΛΟΓΗ ΑΝΑΔΟΧΟΥ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΝ ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΗ ΕΡΓΟΥ ΤΗΣ ΠΡΑΞΗΣ «Παρεμβάσεις Ενεργειακής Αναβάθμισης στο Πανθρακικό Εθνικό Στάδιο Κομοτηνής» Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης αποτελούν οι "Παρεμβάσεις Ενεργειακής Αναβάθμισης στο Πανθρακικό Εθνικό Στάδιο Κομοτηνής" και περιλαμβάνει τις ακόλουθες παρεμβάσεις: 1. Αναβάθμιση Κελύφους στο κτίριο των Κερκίδων, η οποία περιλαμβάνει: i) Αντικατάσταση των υφιστάμενων κουφωμάτων ii) Τοποθέτηση περιμετρικής θερμομόνωσης και θερμομόνωσης - υγρομόνωσης οροφής 2. Αναβάθμιση Ηλεκτρομηχανολογικού Εξοπλισμού στο κτίριο των Κερκίδων, η οποία περιλαμβάνει: i) Αντικατάσταση του υφιστάμενου συστήματος θέρμανσης και ψύξης με νέο σύστημα VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) για τη λειτουργία θέρμανσης και ψύξης ii) Εγκατάσταση επίτοιχων μονάδων μηχανικού αερισμού με δυνατότητα ανάκτησης θερμότητας iii) Εγκατάσταση ηλιακών συλλεκτών για παραγωγή Ζεστού Νερού Χρήσης (ΖΝΧ) 3. Αντικατάσταση λαμπτήρων και προβολέων παλαιάς τεχνολογίας με αντίστοιχα σύγχρονα φωτιστικά σώματα τεχνολογίας LED μη ενεργοβόρα. 4. Εγκατάσταση Φωτοβολταϊκού σταθμού στον χώρο στάθμευσης ο οποίος θα συμψηφίζει με τη βασική παροχή χαμηλής τάσης.
