Description

Στα πλαίσια εφαρμογής του Ν. 5105/2024 με τον οποίο ιδρύθηκε ο νέος ενιαίος φορέας με την επωνυμία Ελληνικό Κέντρο Κινηματογράφου, Οπτικοακουστικών Μέσων και Δημιουργίας - Ε.Κ.Κ.Ο.ΜΕ.Δ. Α.Ε., ο οποίος θεωρείται καθολικός διάδοχος των δύο (2) υφιστάμενων νομικών προσώπων, ήτοι: α) του νομικού προσώπου ιδιωτικού δικαίου με την επωνυμία «Εθνικό Κέντρο Οπτικοακουστικών Μέσων και Επικοινωνίας A.E.», που συστάθηκε και λειτουργεί σύμφωνα με τα άρθρα 44 έως 51 του ν. 4339/2015 (Α’ 133) και β) του νομικού προσώπου ιδιωτικού δικαίου με την επωνυμία «Ελληνικό Κέντρο Κινηματογράφου», που συστάθηκε και λειτουργεί σύμφωνα με τα άρθρα 9 έως 20 του ν. 3905/2010, καθιστά αναγκαία την υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας οικονομικής και λογιστικής συγχώνευσης και δημιουργίας ενιαίας Οικονομικής και Λογιστικής του νέου ενοποιημένου φορέα, καθώς και της σύνταξης των 1ων Ενοποιημένων Οικονομικών Καταστάσεων της 31/12/2024 και στο εξής: Συγκεκριμένα κρίνεται απαραίτητη η υποστήριξη των κάτωθι πυλώνων έργου: 1. Υποστήριξη σε Εξειδικευμένες Οικονομικές - Λογιστικές υπηρεσίες 2. Υποστηρικτικές υπηρεσίες Τμήματος Λογιστηρίου 3. Υποστήριξη του Τμήματος Προϋπολογισμού 4. Υποστήριξη του Τμήματος Μισθοδοσίας 5. Υποστήριξη Τμήματος Προμηθειών Παροχή εξειδικευμένων υπηρεσιών οικονομικής, λογιστικής και συμβουλευτικής υποστήριξης στο Ε.Κ.Κ.Ο.ΜΕ.Δ. Α.Ε. - Creative Greece S.A.
