Το τμήμα της μελέτης εφαρμογής που περιλαμβάνεται στην φάση αυτή, αφορά μέρος του συγκροτήματος των Κτιριακών Εγκαταστάσεων και του Περιβάλλοντος Χώρου του Τμήματος Ιατρικής στην Πανεπιστημιούπολη Αλεξανδρούπολης - και πιο συγκεκριμένα τα τμήματα του συγκροτήματος που δεν έχουν ακόμα κατασκευασθεί (πλην του κτιρίου 11) και θα αποτελέσουν την 4η φάση δημοπράτησης του συνολικού έργου. Ακολούθως περιγράφονται αναλυτικά μόνον τα τμήματα των κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων και του περιβάλλοντος χώρου που περιλαμβάνονται στην παρούσα φάση του έργου, δηλαδή : • Το κτήριο 1 που περιλαμβάνει τα Αμφιθέατρα τις Αίθουσες Φροντιστηρίων, την Γραμματεία και τους Κοινούς Χώρους του Τμήματος, • Το κτήριο 13 που αποτελεί τον υπαίθριο στεγασμένο διάδρομο σύνδεσης της ενότητας των αμφιθεάτρων (κτ. 1) με τα εργαστήρια (κτ. 3-11) • Μέρος του Β’ τμήματος του Περιβάλλοντος Χώρου που αναπτύσσεται περιμετρικά του Κτιρίου Ι και οριοθετείται σε σχέδιο
