The National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) is procuring a public private partnership for the complete renovation of the old student residence hall at the Zografou Polytechnic Campus in Greece. The selected contractor will prepare or update the required studies and obtain permits, finance the project with own or borrowed funds, carry out construction of the buildings and surrounding areas including equipment supply, and provide operation, technical management, maintenance, cleaning, waste management and security services during the contract. The procedure follows law 4412/2016 and law 3389/2005 in two phases: Phase A (preselection) and Phase B, with a dialogue stage and a bid submission stage.
