Description

Το έργο αφορά στην κατασκευή & λειτουργία μονάδας επεξεργασίας (ΜΕΑ) σύμμεικτων αστικών στερεών αποβλήτων (ΑΣΑ) & προδιαλεγμένων οργανικών αποβλήτων στην Καβάλα, με δυναμικότητα 46.875 t/έτος σύμμεικτων ΑΣΑ και 5.957 t/έτος προδιαλεγμένα οργανικά απόβλητα, την κατασκευή της μονάδας παραγωγής ενέργειας από βιοαέριο (ΜΠΕ) καθώς κ την προμήθεια κινητού εξοπλισμού ΜΕΑ. Περιλαμβάνεται επίσης η κανονική λειτουργία της μονάδας διάρκειας έξι (6) ετών.Η ΔΙΑΑΜΑΘ ΑΑΕ διατηρεί το δικαίωμα μονομερούς τροποποίησης της σύμβασης κατά το μέρος που αφορά: (Β1) στην κανονική λειτουργία για επιπλέον χρονικό διάστημα έως κ έξι (6) έτη, (Β2) σε εργασίες επέκτασης των εγκαταστάσεων ή/και πρόσθετο εξοπλισμό για την προσαρμογή της ΜΕΑ στις νέες θεσμικές απαιτήσεις, (Β3) στη λειτουργία των έργων επέκτασης των εγκαταστάσεων ή/και πρόσθετου εξοπλισμού και (Β4) στη λειτουργία των έργων επέκτασης των εγκαταστάσεων ή/και πρόσθετου εξοπλισμό για επιπλέον χρονικό διάστημα έως κ έξι (6) έτη (δικαίωμα προαίρεσης).
