Το φυσικό αντικείμενο των Συμβάσεων Εργολαβίας θα περιγραφεί αναλυτικά στο Τεύχος της Β’ Φάσης της Κλειστής Διαδικασίας και στο Σχέδιο Σύμβασης Εργολαβίας που θα λάβουν οι προεπιλεγέντες της Α’ Φάσης. Συνοπτικά, οι κυριότερες εργασίες που περιλαμβάνονται στο αντικείμενο των Συμβάσεων Εργολαβίας είναι οι εξής: • Κατασκευή, αφαίρεση ή ανακατασκευή εναέριων και υπόγειων γραμμών Μ.Τ. (22 - 20 - 15 - 6,6 kV), Χ.Τ. και εναέριων υποσταθμών Διανομής • Κατασκευή, αφαίρεση, ανακατασκευή, τροποποίηση ή βελτίωση Παροχών Χαμηλής και Μέσης Τάσης και αποκοπών - επαναφορών • Κλάδεμα ή κοπή δέντρων, διάνοιξη αντιπυρικών ζωνών και αποψίλωση, καθώς και επιθεώρηση και συντήρηση ξύλινων στύλων Μέσω των εν λόγω Συμβάσεων Εργολαβίας θα εκτελεσθεί, εκτός των άλλων και το έργο της αντικατάστασης μετρητών ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας Χ.Τ. με έξυπνους μετρητές. Επίσης, μέσω των εν λόγω Συμβάσεων Εργολαβίας ικανοποιούνται τα αιτήματα εξωτερικών και εσωτερικών πελατών που απαιτούν εκτέλεση έργων ανάπτυξης, όπως ενδεικτικά: • Οι ηλεκτροδοτήσεις καταναλωτών και παραγωγών • Οι παραλλαγές • Οι αισθητικές αναβαθμίσεις • Οι ενισχύσεις δικτύου • Οι ανακαινίσεις-βελτιώσεις δικτύου • Η τηλεμέτρηση Επιπλέον εκτελούνται τα έργα: • Εντοπισμένης και προληπτικής συντήρησης • Επισκευής βλαβών δικτύου • Επισκευών ζημιών από τρίτους • Ανακαινίσεων δικτύου • Καταργήσεων δικτύου • Αποκαταστάσεων λόγω κλοπής • Κλαδεμάτων - αποψιλώσεων • Συντήρησης ξύλινων στύλων • Διακοπών - επανασυνδέσεων παροχών • Τεχνικών επεμβάσεων σε μετρητές Τέλος, στο φυσικό αντικείμενο συμπεριλαμβάνεται όποια άλλη συναφή υπηρεσία ή έργο σχετικώς.
