Αντικείμενο του έργου αποτελεί η ήπια ανάπλαση - αναβάθμιση του κοινόχρηστου χώρου πρασίνου που περιβάλλει τη Βίλλα Ζωγράφου, που αποτελεί ένα από τα σημαντικά τοπόσημα του Δήμου. Στο πλαίσιο της εν λόγω μελέτης, θα γίνει η διαμόρφωση των κοινόχρηστων χώρων πρασίνου, με στόχο την αναβάθμισή του πάρκου και τη δημιουργία ενός βιώσιμου αστικού χώρου που θα αποτελεί μέρος της καθημερινότητας της τοπικής κοινωνίας.
