ΚΡΙΤΗΡΙΟ ΑΝΑΘΕΣΗΣ ΤΗΝ ΠΛΕΟΝ ΣΥΜΦΕΡΟΥΣΑ ΑΠΟ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΗ ΑΠΟΨΗ ΠΡΟΣΦΟΡΑ ΒΑΣΕΙ ΤΙΜΗΣ Ο προϋπολογισμός δημοπράτησης του έργου ανέρχεται σε 8.950.000 Ευρώ και αναλύεται σε: Κατ’ Αποκοπή Δαπάνη Εργασιών Εργου : 5.606.000,00 ευρώ Γενικά έξοδα και Όφελος εργολάβου (Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε.) 1.009.080,00 ευρώ Απρόβλεπτα (ποσοστού 9% επί της δαπάνης εργασιών και του κονδυλίου Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε.) 595.357,20 ευρώ που αναλώνονται σύμφωνα με τους όρους του άρθρου 156 παρ. 3. (α) του ν. 4412/2016. Στο ανωτέρω ποσό προβλέπεται αναθεώρηση στις τιμές ποσού 2.230,73 ευρώ, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 153 του ν. 4412/2016 και απολογιστικά μαζί με ΓΕ + ΟΕ ποσό 5074 ευρώ . Ρήτρα πρόσθετης καταβολής, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 149 του ν. 4412/2016 και το άρθρο 16 της Διακυρηξης Η παρούσα σύμβαση δεν υποδιαιρείται σε τμήματα και ανατίθεται ως ενιαίο σύνολο για τους ακόλουθους λόγους. Αφορά σε ένα παραδοτέο που είναι το σχολικό συγκρότημα. Συγκεντρωτικά ο Προϋπολογισμός : Οικοδομικά 5.758.462,95 € (με Γ.Ε & Ο.Ε. 18% και Απρόβλεπτα 9%) Η/Μ 1.451.974,25 € (με Γ.Ε & Ο.Ε. 18% και Απρόβλεπτα 9%)
