Description

Κατασκευή δικτύων ακαθάρτων και αγωγών μεταφοράς στις Δημοτικές Ενότητες Γραμματικό, Καλέτζι, Άνω Σούλι, και Άγιος Παντελεήμων (τμήμα του οικισμού) του Δήμου Μαραθώνα. Το συνολικό μήκος των κατασκευαζόμενων αγωγών ανέρχεται σε περίπου 30 χλμ. με τα αντίστοιχα φρεάτια επίσκεψης. Προβλέπεται η κατασκευή δύο Α/Σ μεταφορά ακαθάρτων του οικισμού του Γραμματικού. Τέλος, στο έργο περιλαμβάνεται και η κατασκευή των εξωτερικών διακλαδώσεων των όμορων ακινήτων συνολικού αριθμού 1510 συνδέσεων. Οι εργασίες της προς ανάθεση σύμβασης εμπίπτουν στην κατηγορία CPV: 45232420-2 «Κατασκευαστικές εργασίες αποχετευτικών δικτύων». Επισημαίνεται ότι, το φυσικό και οικονομικό αντικείμενο των δημοπρατούμενων έργων δεν πρέπει να μεταβάλλεται ουσιωδώς κατά τη διάρκεια εκτέλεσης της σύμβασης, κατά τα οριζόμενα στην παρ. 4 του άρθρου 337 ν. 4412/2016όπως ισχύει. Δυνατότητα μεταβολής υφίσταται, μόνο υπό τις προϋποθέσεις των άρθρων 337 ν. 4412/2016 όπως ισχύει και Α-470-156 του Τεύχους Κανονιστικού Πλαισίου Υλοποίησης της Σύμβασης (Τ.Κ.Π.Υ.Σ.).
