Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια υλικών για τον εκσυγχρονισμό των χώρων εξυπηρέτησης κοινού αρχαιολογικού χώρου Ηφαιστίας για τις ανάγκες εκτέλεσης της πράξης: «Εκσυγχρονισμός υποδομών αρχαιολογικού χώρου Ηφαιστίας ν. Λήμνου» που υλοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του Προγράμματος «Βόρειο Αιγαίο 2021-2027», και η παράδοση τους στον τόπο του έργου. Τα προς προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων CPV: 44110000-4 / Κατασκευαστικά υλικά. Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο των προς προμήθεια ποσοτήτων. Η ανάθεση της σύμβασης δεν είναι εφικτή υπό την μορφή χωριστών τμημάτων, λόγω της φύσης του έργου και του αδιαίρετου χαρακτήρα του. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των πενήντα μία χιλιάδων διακοσίων ογδόντα δύο ευρώ και πέντε λεπτών (51.282,05 €) μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 17% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: εξήντα χιλιάδες ευρώ (60.000,00 €), ΦΠΑ: οκτώ χιλιάδες επτακόσια δεκαεπτά ευρώ και ενενήντα πέντε λεπτά (8.717,95 €). Ο χρόνος παράδοσης των υπό προμήθεια υλικών ορίζεται σε έως δώδεκα (12) μήνες από την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της σύμβασης. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας Διακήρυξης. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει της τιμής.
