Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια δύο (2) αμιγώς ηλεκτρικών λεωφορείων μεταφοράς ωφελούμενων του παραρτήματος της ΕΛΕΠΑΠ, δέκα πέντε (15) θέσεων μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου του οδηγού καθώς και θέση για δύο (2) αναπηρικά αμαξίδια, με ράμπα, τα οποία θα χρησιμοποιούνται για την κάλυψη των καθημερινών αναγκών μεταφοράς των ωφελούμενων προς και από το παράρτημα της ΕΛΕΠΑΠ στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Επιπλέον θα πρέπει τα οχήματα να διαθέτουν πλήρως προσβάσιμο εξοπλισμό (π.χ. ράμπες, δάπεδο χαμηλής πρόσβασης, ειδικές ζώνες στήριξης) που επιτρέπει τη μεταφορά ατόμων με βαριές κινητικές αναπηρίες, με ασφάλεια και αξιοπρέπεια. Τα υπό προμήθεια λεωφορεία, θα είναι καινούργια και θα παραδοθούν πλήρως συναρμολογημένα και έτοιμα για λειτουργία. Ηλεκτροκίνητο λεωφορείο μεταφοράς ΑΜΕΑ με 15 θέσεις επιβατών, 2 θέσεις αμαξιδίων, μία θέση οδηγού, μία συνοδού και με ενσωματωμένη πλατφόρμα ανύψωσης αμαξιδίων
