Description

Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης αποτελεί η προμήθεια γραφικής ύλης και μικροαντικειμένων γραφείου για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των υπηρεσιών του Δήμου Αχαρνών για τέσσερα (4) έτη. Τα προς προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) : [30199000-0]-Γραφική ύλη και άλλα είδη από χαρτί; και [30197630-1]-Εκτυπωτικό χαρτί. Η συνολική εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 460.189,64 € χωρίς Φ.Π.Α. 24% και 570.635,15 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Φ.Π.Α. (Φ.Π.Α. 24% ίσο με 110.445,51 €). Η παρούσα προμήθεια διαιρείται σε δύο (2) ομάδες ανάλογα με τα είδη τα οποία συμπεριλαμβάνονται σε αυτές. Αναλυτικά οι ομάδες έχουν ως εξής : Oμάδα Α΄ (Γραφική Ύλη και Παρελκόμενα), εκτιμώμενης αξίας 138.509,64 € χωρίς Φ.Π.Α. 24%, Oμάδα Β΄ (Φωτοαντιγραφικό Χαρτί), εκτιμώμενης αξίας 321.680,00 € χωρίς Φ.Π.Α. 24%, Χρόνος διάρκεια ισχύος εκτέλεσης της σύμβασης ορίζεται από την υπογραφή της και δημοσίευσής της στο Κεντρικό Ηλεκτρονικό Μητρώο Δημοσίων Συμβάσεων (Κ.Η.Μ.ΔΗ.Σ.) και για τέσσερα (4) έτη, ή/και σε προγενέστερο χρόνο εφόσον ολοκληρωθεί το φυσικό, ή οικονομικό αντικείμενο της σύμβασης. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει τιμής (χαμηλότερη τιμή στο σύνολο των ομάδων ως ενιαία και αδιαίρετη προμήθεια). Για τον υπό προμήθεια εξοπλισμό, κρίθηκε ότι η σύναψη μίας μόνο σύμβασης μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε οικονομίες κλίμακας, καθιστώντας ταυτόχρονα ευκολότερη τη διαχείριση της από τον αναθέτοντα Δήμο. Τούτο, διότι με την ανάθεση της σύμβασης στο σύνολο της σε έναν μόνο ανάδοχο, που θα φέρει τη συνολική ευθύνη απέναντι στο Δήμο για το συντονισμό της εκτέλεσης της σύμβασης, επιτυγχάνεται η παράλληλη εκτέλεση των επιμέρους σταδίων της προμήθειας χωρίς να ανακύψουν προβλήματα σε ζητήματα ασφάλειας και διασφαλίζεται η επιτυχής και εμπρόθεσμη εκτέλεση της, δεδομένου ότι λόγω των ιδιαίτερων χαρακτηριστικών της, προϋποθέτει ισχυρό κεντρικό συντονισμό και παρακολούθηση αντί διαίρεση.
