Κατά τα λοιπά, ισχύουν οι λοιποί όροι και οι προϋποθέσεις της αρχικής σύμβασης, όπως τροποποιήθηκαν και ισχύουν, χωρίς μεταβολή του φυσικού ή οικονομικού αντικειμένου.
