ΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΜΟΣ ΠΑΡΟΔΙΑΣ ΒΛΑΣΤΗΣΗΣ, ΔΗΜΟΤΙΚΩΝ ΧΩΡΩΝ - ΙΔΙΩΤΙΚΩΝ ΟΙΚΟΠΕΔΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΑΛΣΥΛΛΙΩΝ ΓΙΑ ΠΥΡΟΠΡΟΣΤΑΣΙΑ 24 ΜΗΝΩΝ Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η εκτέλεση των υπηρεσιών που απαιτούνται για τον καθαρισμό της παρόδιας βλάστησης (δημοτικό οδικό δίκτυο εντός και εκτός οικισμών), των δημοτικών χώρων (κοινόχρηστοι δημοτικοί χώροι και οικόπεδα δημόσια)-ιδιωτικών οικοπέδων (κατά εφαρμογή του άρθρου 266 του Ν. 5037/2023 και της Πυροσβεστικής Διάταξης 20/2024) και των δημοτικών αλσυλλίων (εντός και εκτός οικισμών), με στόχο τη βελτίωση της οδικής ασφάλειας, την προστασία του περιβάλλοντος µε την μείωση του κινδύνου για έναρξη και εξάπλωση πυρκαγιών και την βελτίωση της εικόνας του οδικού δικτύου και των λοιπών χώρων του Δήμου, σύμφωνα με την 19/2025 μελέτη. Οι υπηρεσίες θα καλύψουν τις ανάγκες του Δήμου Θερμαϊκού για είκοσι τέσσερις (24) μήνες και αφορούν όλες τις τοπικές κοινότητες (Περαίας, Ν. Επιβατών, Αγ. Τριάδας, Ν. Μηχανιώνας, Ν. Κερασιάς, Αγγελοχωρίου, Επανομής και Μεσημερίου). Οι υπηρεσίες περιλαμβάνουν: υπηρεσίες βοτανίσματος από πάσης φύσεως αυτοφυή ζιζάνια, υπηρεσίες κοπής ξυλωδών φυτών και βάτων, υπηρεσίες καθαρισμού χώρου διάσπαρτων φυτών και υπηρεσίες κλαδέματος ή κοπής δένδρων. Όλα τα προϊόντα και υποπροϊόντα κοπής συγκεντρώνονται, απομακρύνονται και διατίθενται σε αδειοδοτημένη μονάδα διαχείρισης μη επικίνδυνων στερεών αποβλήτων, με ευθύνη του αναδόχου.
