Το Έργο αφορά στην κατασκευή δύο νέων τριώροφων κτιρίων με υπόγειο εντός της Πολυτεχνειούπολης Χανίων και συγκεκριμένα: -Κατασκευή Κόμβου Καινοτομίας (Innovation Hub) / Κτήριο 1 -Κατασκευή κτηρίου Έρευνας και Ανάπτυξης (Research and Development) / Κτήριο 2 Αναλυτικά η περιγραφή και τα ουσιώδη χαρακτηριστικά του έργου, αναφέρονται στο Τεύχος της Τεχνικής Περιγραφής. Επισημαίνεται ότι στις υποχρεώσεις του αναδόχου περιλαμβάνονται όλες οι δαπάνες για την πλήρη εκτέλεση όλων των μελετών (κυρίων και υποστηρικτικών) και όλων των εργασιών, απολύτως τελειωμένων, σύμφωνα με τα τεύχη δημοπράτησης καθώς επίσης και κάθε δαπάνη (μελετών και εργασιών) απαραίτητη για την πλήρη και έντεχνη εκτέλεση όλων των εργασιών του Έργου, έστω και αν αυτή δεν καθορίζεται ρητώς.
