Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών λειτουργικής χρηματοδοτικής μίσθωσης (operational leasing) πέντε (5) νέων, σύγχρονων, οχημάτων, που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν από τις για την κάλυψη των αναγκών των συνεργείων και οδικών μεταφορών, χρονικής διάρκειας εξήντα (60) μηνών με δικαίωμα εξαγοράς από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης, που θα αντικαταστήσουν οχήματα παλαιάς τεχνολογίας, ρυπογόνα και υψηλού λειτουργικού κόστους που θα αποσυρθούν, σύμφωνα και με τις διατάξεις του ν.4710/2020 με τίτλο «Προώθηση της ηλεκτροκίνησης και άλλες διατάξεις» (Α΄ 142). Με την υπό ανάθεση σύμβαση, ο ανάδοχος θα διαθέσει στον Δήμο Δωρίδος πέντε (5) οχημάτα διαφόρων κατηγοριών, σύμφωνα με τις κατανομές και προδιαγραφές της παρούσας για χρονικό διάστημα εξήντα (60) μηνών με δικαίωμα εξαγοράς.
