Η παρούσα μελέτη περιλαμβάνει τη μελέτη της Δ/νσης Κοινωνικής Πολιτικής, Παιδείας και Πολι-τισμού, καθώς και την Μελέτη της Δημοτικής Κοινωφελούς Επιχείρησης Κοινωνικής Πρόνοιας και Μέριμνας, και περιγράφει τις προδιαγραφές που πρέπει να πληρούν τα είδη Παντοπωλείου, κα-τεψυγμένων λαχανικών, ελαιολάδου, είδη ιχθυοπωλείου και νωπού γάλακτος καθώς και τις ανά-γκες σε αυτά τα είδη: α) των Παιδικών Σταθμών της πόλεως της Κοζάνης,β ) του Παιδικού Σταθμού Καισαρειάς του Δήμου Κοζάνηςγ) του Ξενώνα Φιλοξενίας Κακοποιημένων Γυναικών,δομή της Διεύθυνσης Κοινωνικής Προστασίας Παιδείας και Πολιτισμού του Δήμου Κοζάνης. δ) της Κοινωφελής Επιχείρησης που είναι εποπτευόμενη από το Δήμο Κοζάνης κριτήριο κατακύρωσης,κατά περίπτωση το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό έκπτωσης επί τοις εκατό(%)στη νόμιμα διαμορφούμενη κάθε φορά μέση τιμή λιανικής πώλησης του είδους την ημέρα παράδοσης, στα είδη ελαιολάδου, όπως αυτή προκύπτει από το εκάστοτε εκδιδόμενο δελτίο πιστοποίησης τιμών της υπηρεσίας εμπορ. περιλαμβάνει τη μελέτη της Δ/νσης Κοινωνικής Πολιτικής, Παιδείας και Πολιτισμού, καθώς και την Μελέτη της Δημοτικής Κοινωφελούς Επιχείρησης Κοινωνικής Πρόνοιας και Μέριμνας, και περι-γράφει τις προδιαγραφές που πρέπει να πληρούν τα είδη Παντοπωλείου, κατεψυγμένων λαχανι-κών, ελαιολάδου, είδη ιχθυοπωλείου και νωπού γάλακτος καθώς και τις ανάγκες σε αυτά τα είδη: α) των Παιδικών Σταθμών της πόλεως της Κοζάνης,β ) του Παιδικού Σταθμού Καισαρειάς του Δήμου Κοζάνηςγ) του Ξενώνα Φιλοξενίας Κακοποιημένων Γυναικών, δομή της Διεύθυνσης Κοινωνικής Προστασίας Παιδείας και Πολιτισμού του Δήμου Κοζάνης. δ) της Κοινωφελής Επιχείρησης που είναι εποπτευόμενη από το Δήμο Κοζάνης
