Ανοικτός, ηλεκτρονικός διαγωνισμός, για τη σύναψη σύμβασης, με κριτήριο κατακύρωσης την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομικής απόψεως προσφορά, αποκλειστικά βάσει της τιμής (χαμηλότερη τιμή), για την προμήθεια «Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος με τίτλο National System for Link Resolution - Form Handler», στο πλαίσιο των Πράξεων α) Ειδική Δράση «Ενίσχυση της ικανότητας της Ελληνικής Αστυνομίας για την επιτυχή εφαρμογή του Πλαισίου Διαλειτουργικότητας (ECAI)» (MIS) 6001953 και β) Ειδική δράση «Ενίσχυση της Ελληνικής Αστυνομίας για την αποτελεσματική διεκπεραίωση των “ειδοποιήσεων” από το SIRENE» (MIS) 6018239, που χρηματοδοτούνται από το «Πρόγραμμα Ελλάδας - Μέσο Χρηματοδοτικής Στήριξης για τη Διαχείριση των Συνόρων και την Πολιτική Θεωρήσεων του Ταμείου για την Ολοκληρωμένη Διαχείριση των Συνόρων 2021-2027, όπως ειδικότερα περιγράφεται στην παράγραφο 1.3 «Συνοπτική Περιγραφή φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της Σύμβασης» και στο Παράρτημα Ι «Τεχνικές Προδιαγραφές - Απαιτήσεις», συνολικής αξίας #1.544.038,79# ευρώ, συμπ/μένων κρατήσεων, δαπανών, Φ.Π.Α. και του (μονομερούς) δικαιώματος προαίρεσης της αναθέτουσας αρχής.
