Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια «Αντιδραστηρίων και Αναλωσίμων για Αυτόματους Βιοχημικούς και Ανοσολογικούς Αναλυτές με Παραχώρηση Συνοδού Εξοπλισμού», για τις ανάγκες του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Χαλκιδικής, σύμφωνα με τις τεχνικές προδιαγραφές του Παραρτήματος Ι, προϋπολογιστικής δαπάνης 301.886,79 € χωρίς ΦΠΑ ή 320.000,00 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου Φ.Π.Α. 6%, για ένα έτος (12 μήνες) με δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για ακόμη ένα έτος με τους ίδιους όρους και το ίδιο ποσό, για τις ανάγκες του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Χαλκιδικής και με κριτήριο κατακύρωσης την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά μόνο βάσει τιμής.
