Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια οχημάτων που θα πλαισιώσουν το έργο της κινητής μονάδας κατ’ οίκον ψυχοκοινωνικής στήριξης των οικογενειών των εξυπηρετούμενων ατόμων με αναπηρία του σωματείου «Δικαίωμα στη Ζωή» Η κινητή μονάδα πρόκειται να συμβάλει στη συμβουλευτική και ψυχολογική υποστήριξη των οικογενειών των ωφελούμενων, την ψυχοκοινωνική στήριξη για επίλυση διαφορών και προβλημάτων σε οικογένειες ωφελούμενων και στη διατήρηση του οικογενειακού ιστού με απώτερο στόχο το άτομο με αναπηρία να μην απομακρυνθεί από το φυσικό οικογενειακό και κοινωνικό του περιβάλλον. Η παρούσα σύμβαση αφορά στην προμήθεια δύο (2) mini bus επτά θέσεων για την υποστήριξη της λειτουργίας της Κινητής Μονάδας του φορέα ΔΙΚΑΙΩΜΑ ΣΤΗ ΖΩΗ», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 57.258,06€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 13.741,94€ και δεν υποδιαιρείται σε τμήματα. Ως διάρκεια της σύμβασης ορίζεται ο χρόνος μέχρι και την οριστική παραλαβή του συνόλου των ποσοτήτων των συμβατικών ειδών. Οι προθεσμίες τμηματικών παραδόσεων καθορίζονται στην παράγραφο 6.1 της Διακήρυξης. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 57.258,06€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 24% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: € 71.000,00) ΦΠΑ 13.741,04€. Στους ανωτέρω προϋπολογισμούς συμπεριλαμβάνονται όλες οι υπέρ τρίτων κρατήσεις, τέλη, δασμοί, καθώς και το Ειδικό Τέλος Ταξινόμησης (το οποίο δεν υπάγεται σε ΦΠΑ).
