Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια ειδικών δομικών υλικών (υδραυλικής ασβέστου) για τις ανάγκες εκτέλεσης της πράξης: «Αποκατάσταση επιθαλάσσιου τείχους και οθωμανικής οικίας αρ. 11 στο Κάτω Κάστρο Μυτιλήνης» που υλοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του Προγράμματος «Βόρειο Αιγαίο 2021-2027», και η παράδοση τους στον τόπο του έργου. Τα προς προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσονται στους ακόλουθους κωδικούς του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου δημοσίων συμβάσεων CPV: 44921200-4/Άσβεστος. Προσφορές υποβάλλονται για το σύνολο των προς προμήθεια ποσοτήτων. Η ανάθεση της σύμβασης δεν είναι εφικτή υπό την μορφή χωριστών τμημάτων, λόγω της φύσης του έργου και του αδιαίρετου χαρακτήρα του. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των εκατόν δύο χιλιάδων πεντακοσίων εξήντα τεσσάρων ευρώ και δέκα λεπτών (102.564,10€) μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 17% (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: εκατόν είκοσι χιλιάδες ευρώ (120.000,00 €), ΦΠΑ: δεκαεπτά χιλιάδες τετρακόσια τριάντα πέντε ευρώ και ενενήντα λεπτά (17.435,90€). Ο χρόνος παράδοσης των υπό προμήθεια υλικών ορίζεται έως έξι (6) μήνες από την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της σύμβασης. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι της παρούσας Διακήρυξης. Η σύμβαση θα ανατεθεί με το κριτήριο της πλέον συμφέρουσας από οικονομική άποψη προσφοράς, βάσει της τιμής.
