Description

Αντικείμενο του έργου αποτελεί η κατασκευή δικτύων αποχέτευσης ομβρίων υδάτων συνολικού μήκους 4.50km σε περιοχές της Δημοτικής Ενότητας Αγίων Αναργύρων (περιοχές Παπαρηγοπούλου, Κωνσταντινουπόλεως, Λ. Δημοκρατίας κ.α.). Ο προϋπολογισμός δημοπράτησης του έργου ανέρχεται σε 15.322.580,43 Ευρώ και αναλύεται σε: Δαπάνη Εργασιών 9.391.744,97 € Γενικά έξοδα και Όφελος εργολάβου (Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε.) 1.690.514,09 € Απρόβλεπτα (ποσοστού 9% επί της δαπάνης εργασιών και του κονδυλίου Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε.) 997.403,32 € που αναλώνονται σύμφωνα με τους όρους του άρθρου 156 παρ. 3. (β) του ν. 4412/2016. Απολογιστικά 1.715.720,00 € ΑΕΚΚ 1.000.000,00 € Στο ανωτέρω ποσό προβλέπεται αναθεώρηση στις τιμές ποσού 527.198,05 € σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 153 του ν. 4412/2016 Δεν προβλέπεται ρήτρα πρόσθετης καταβολής, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 149 του ν. 4412/2016.
