1. ДЛЯ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ВАРТОСТІ ЕЛЕКТРИЧНОЇ ЕНЕРГІЇ ЗАСТОСОВУЄТЬСЯ ФОРМУЛЬНЕ ЦІНОУТВАРЕННЯ. Фактична ціна за 1 кВт/год електричної енергії (Цф) НА МОМЕНТ укладення Договору визначається шляхом ділення кінцевої цінової пропозиції учасника-переможця (Постачальника) за результатами проведення публічної закупівлі на загальний обсяг закупівлі та становить ___________ (грн з ПДВ) та складається із таких складових:  Цсз = 6,18765 (грн за 1 кВт/год без ПДВ) - середньозважена ціна на ринку «на добу наперед», за повний останній календарний місяць, що передує даті оголошення публічної закупівлі (серпень 2026 року), за даними «Оператор ринку», розміщеними на його вебсайті  Тосп = 0,92845 (грн за 1 кВт/год без ПДВ) тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії з 01.08.2026, який встановлений Постановою НКРЕКП «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2026 рік» від 05 грудня 2025 р. № 2009 зі змінами, внесеними Постановою НКРЕКП від 28.07.2026 №1228 «Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП від 05 грудня 2025 року № 2009;  Тоср = 3,81365 (грн за 1 кВт/год без ПДВ) - тариф на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії оператора системи розподілу АТ «ДТЕК ДОНЕЦЬКІ ЕЛЕКТРОМЕРЕЖІ» з 01 серпня 2026 року, встановлений Постановою НКРЕКП від 05 грудня 2025 № 2014 «Про встановлення тарифів на послуги з розподілу електричної енергії АТ «ДТЕК ДОНЕЦЬКІ ЕЛЕКТРОМЕРЕЖІ» із застосуванням стимулюючого регулювання», зі змінами, внесеними постановою НКРЕКП від 28.07.2026 № 1233 "Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП від 05 грудня 2025 № 2014";  Впост = _______ (грн за 1 кВт/год без ПДВ) - вартість послуг Постачальника, що включає усі витрати Постачальника, які необхідні для виконання Постачальником умов цього Договору, Впост становить _____ грн за 1 кВт/год без ПДВ та не змінюється протягом усього строку дії Договору, грн без ПДВ.  ПДВ - ___% (у разі, якщо Постачальник є платником ПДВ). 2.
