Description

Відповідно до п.66 Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822, Замовник укладає договір з переможцем відбору не пізніше ніж через п’ять календарних днів з дня визначення електронною системою закупівель постачальника переможцем відбору. У разі обґрунтованої потреби строк для укладення договору може бути продовжений до 10 календарних днів. Договір між замовником та переможцем відбору укладається відповідно до вимог законодавства. Умови договору не можуть відрізнятися від умов, визначених замовником у запиті пропозицій постачальників, зокрема у проекті договору, що є складовою частиною запиту пропозицій постачальників, та/або пропозиції переможця відбору, крім випадку зменшення ціни договору без зміни обсягу. У сумі договору повинен враховуватися податок на додану вартість у разі, коли постачальник товару є платником податку на додану вартість, а операція з постачання товару підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість.
