Hanke objektiks on ühtse üleriigilise raamatukogusüsteemi lahenduse ja ühisotsingu lahenduse loomine ning juurutamine (sh koolitamine ja olemasolevate andmete migratsiooni toetamine) ning hooldusteenuse pakkumine 3 (kolme) aasta jooksul alates lahenduse vastuvõtmise kuupäevast.
