Description

Tellitakse TEHIKu hallatavate veebilehtede arendus-ja hooldustöid kuni 5 pakkujaga sõlmitava raamlepingu alusel. Raamlepingu osalistega viiakse läbi minikonkursse ja sõlmitakse hankelepinguid ilma minikonkursse läbi viimata raamlepingu tingimuste alusel kaskaadmeetodi alusel. Raamlepingu eeldatav maksumus on 600 000 EUR ja maksimaalne võimalik kogumaksumus on 1 000 000 EUR. Ühe pakkuja korral sõlmitakse väiksema mahu ja lühema tähtajaga ühe pakkujaga raamleping. Hankelepingute täitmist võidakse rahastada nii riigieelarvest kui erinevatest Euroopa Liidu vahenditest, mistõttu võib hankelepingute täitmisega kaasneda erinevaid rahastusnõuetega seonduvaid kohustusi.
