Description

Riigihanke eesmärgiks on sõlmida raamleping Tõlkevärava tarkvara hooldustööde ja kasutajatoe tellimiseks riigihanke alusdokumentides toodud tingimustel. Raamlepingu eeldatav maksumus lepingu perioodil 1 000 000 € ja maksimaalne võimalik kogumaksumus on 3 000 000 € ilma käibemaksuta kestusega kuni 48 kuud (või kuni maksimaalse mahu täitumiseni) alates lepingu allkirjastamisest. Riigihanke tulemusena sõlmitakse raamleping ühe teenusepakkujaga. Lepingu esemeks olevate tööde tellimine toimub vastavalt alusdokumentides toodud tingimustele. Raamlepingu alusel tellitavad tööd hõlmavad eeskätt: 1. kuutasu alusel tarkvara hooldustöid; 2. tunnihinna alusel lisaks tellitavaid tarkvara arendustöid; 3. kuutasu alusel kasutajatoe teenust; 4. tunnihinna alusel lisaks tellitavaid partnerite ja kasutajate konsultatsiooniteenuseid.
