Description

Riigihanke eesmärgiks on sõlmida hankeleping ühe edukaks tunnistatud pakkujaga, kes hakkab teostama detailanalüüsi- ja arendustöid riigi õigusabi infosüsteemi (RIS) tellimuste jagamise funktsionaalsuse integreerimiseks Avalikku E-toimikusse (AET). Detailanalüüs peab põhinema tehnilise kirjelduse lisa 1 eelanalüüsil. Detailanalüüsi eesmärk on täpsustada lahendus, mille alusel viiakse RIS-i tellimuste jagamise funktsionaalsus üle AET-i ning tagatakse selle ühildumine AET-i olemasoleva arhitektuuri ja tööprotsessidega. Töö käigus tuleb analüüsida ja kirjeldada ka RIS-i muude funktsionaalsuste jätkuv toimimine olukorras, kus tellimuste jagamise funktsionaalsus viiakse üle AET infosüsteemi. Detailanalüüsi tulemused on aluseks käesoleva hankelepingu raames teostatavale arendustööle.
