Riigihange on jagatud osadeks hoonete kaupa: Osa 1 - Raatuse 22, Narva mnt 25, Narva mnt 27, Narva mnt 89 (Tartu) Osa 2 - Purde 27, Pepleri 14, Tiigi 14, Nooruse 7 (Tartu) Osa 3 - Väike 6, Jakobsoni 41 (Viljandi) Osa 4 - P. Kerese 14 (Narva) / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest Heakorrateenuse osutamine üliõpilaselamutes, mis asuvad Tartu linnas järgmistel aadressidel: Raatuse 22, Narva mnt 25, Narva mnt 27, Narva mnt 89.
