Description
Hanke eesmärgiks on mustapesukottide (lisa 1, tehniline kirjeldus) soetamine kohaletoimetamisega tarneaadressile. Eduka pakkujaga sõlmitakse hankeleping (lisa 2) ja fikseeritakse lepinguperioodiks (kestusega 12 kuud) toote maksimaalne ühikumaksumus.
