Hanke esemeks on peamiselt erinevad siseruumide koristus- ja puhastustööd (EVS 807 „Kinnisvarakeskkonna korraldus ja korrashoid“ tegevuse koodid 330-339), aga võivad olla ka muud lisa 1 "Tehniline kirjeldus" punktis 1 nimetatud teenused (edaspidi ka teenus). Objektid asuvad Lääne-Virumaal ja Harjumaal (peamine maht asub Tapal).
