Riigihanke eesmärk on leida teostajad, kes toodavad hankija tarbeks orienteeruvalt 356 000 metssealihakonservi netokaaluga 240 g, tagavad nende hoiustamise kuni 6 kuud alates konservide kogutootmise lõpetamisest ning vajadusel transpordivad konservid hankija määratud sihtkohta Eesti piires. Teostaja peab tagama kogu tootmisahela toimimise alates metssealiha vastuvõtust kuni valmistoodete tarnimiseni määratud sihtkohta.
