Elektrilevi OÜ loob dünaamilise hankesüsteemi trafode ja kaarekustutuspoolide ostmiseks kehtivusajaga 63 kuud, millega selle kehtivusajal kvalifitseerimise tingimustele vastavad ettevõtjad võivad jooksvalt liituda.
