Võistluse eesmärk on leida kaasaegne ruumiline terviklahendus Raekoja platsile, kui Tallinna kõige olulisemale ajaloolisele linnaväljakule. Lisaks platsi pinna renoveerimisele otsitakse võistlusega paindlikku ruumilist terviklahendust eri sündmusteks ja hooaegadeks. Ruumiline lahendus käsitleb platsi terviklikku mööblilahendust ja jõuluturgu. Ümberehituse eesmärk on muuta Raekoja plats mitmekesiseks, tänapäevaseks, esinduslikuks ja ajaloolist pärandit rõhutavaks avalikuks ruumiks, mis pakub meeldivat ja turvalist olemist ning tegevusvõimalusi igas vanuses inimesele igal aastaajal. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
