Käesoleva hankemenetluse raames soovib hankija tellida konsultatsiooniteenuseid (edaspidi „Teenus“), mis hõlmavad järgmisi tegevusi: * **black start elektritootmislahenduse kontseptuaalse uuringu koostamine;** * turu-uuringu läbiviimine hankestrateegia väljatöötamise toetamiseks, sealhulgas peamiste valdkondlike kontaktide loomine ja sidusrühmade kaasamine, et hõlbustada tulevaste pakkumuste ettevalmistamist; * tehnilise spetsifikatsiooni dokumentatsiooni koostamine, mis on vajalik siduvate pakkumuste saamiseks gaasiküttel töötavate elektrijaamade projekteerimiseks, seadmete hankimiseks ja ehitamiseks, võttes arvesse soovitatud hankemudelit - kas EPC-mudelit (projekteerimine, hankimine ja ehitamine ühe lepingu alusel) või eraldiseisvaid originaalseadmete tootja (OEM) ja ehitustööde hankeid; * vajaduspõhiste tehniliste nõustamisteenuste osutamine kokkulepitud tunnitasu alusel kuni kaheteistkümne (12) kuu jooksul pärast lepingu sõlmimist. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
