Description

Hanke tulemusena sõlmitakse hankeleping avatud ideekonkursil "Eesti Loodusmuuseumi ajutise näituse "Tulevikenäitus" ideekonkurss" (299373) võitjaks osutunud ideekavandi "PÖÖRIS" projekteerimiseks ja teostamiseks. Ideekavandi autor on pakkuja OÜ b210 (12350923) ja ühispakkuja Valge Kuup OÜ (12333830). Ideekonkursil esitatud kavandi autori(te)le kuuluvad kehtiva autoriõiguse seaduse kohaselt kavandi isiklikud ja varalised autoriõigused, samuti kavandite omandiõigus. Võitjaks osutunud kavandi "PÖÖRIS" omandiõigus, samuti varalised autoriõigused lähevad Loodusmuuseumile üle pärast käesoleva hankemenetluse tulemusel sõlmitava hankelepingu sõlmimist (vt hanke alusdokumentide hulgas oleva lepingu projekti punkti 9). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
