Manchester City Council is procuring a city-wide Early Help for Adults Navigator Service for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage, including housing instability, mental health needs, substance misuse, domestic abuse, social care needs and contact with the criminal justice system. Navigator workers will provide intensive, strengths-based, trauma-informed support and help individuals access services, build resilience and improve independence. The provider will work with Adult Social Care, health, housing, voluntary and community partners and people with lived experience.
