The contract covers the supply, implementation, configuration, integration, production start-up and handover for operation of a local SIEM-class Security Monitoring System. The system must provide at minimum central collection and analysis of events, host monitoring, threat detection, file integrity control, asset inventory, identification of potential vulnerabilities, security compliance control and execution of approved automatic or semi-automatic responses. The scope is described in detail in Attachment 1 to the request for offers. The works are carried out in Ostroleka, in the Masovian Voivodeship, as part of the project 'Cybersecure water and sewerage infrastructure of Ostroleka (IT/OT)', covering the water utility's IT and OT environments.
