Изготвяне на документация за участие в процедурата Стъпка 2. Обявяване на процедурата в ИСУН2020 Стъпка 3. Разглеждане и оценяване на офертите, съставяне на протокол и уведомяване на кандидатите за резултатите от оценката Стъпка 4. Извършване на документална проверка за липса на обстоятелства по отношение на избрания изпълнител, съставляващи основания за отстраняване от процедурата или за несключване на договор Стъпка 5.
