Description

Предметът включва доставка на нови, неупотребявани инверторни сплит системи въздух-въздух, монтаж и свързване в определения обхват, изпитвания, пуск, обучение, техническа документация и гаранционно обслужване. Една система е един съвместим комплект вътрешно тяло, външно тяло, управление и необходимите фабрични принадлежности. Училището се отоплява основно с котел. Климатичните системи се използват преимуществено за охлаждане, а отоплението е ограничена допълваща функция, без изискване да замества котелната инсталация. Пълната информация относно обхвата, обема и техническите изисквания към изпълнението на обществената поръчка са описани в „Техническата спецификация  - Приложение 1“ към документацията за участие Общата прогнозна и максимално допустима стойност на обществената поръчка, включително предвидената опция, е 100 000,00 (сто хиляди) евро без ДДС, съответно 120 000,00 евро с ДДС при ставка 20%. Максималната допустима цена за основната доставка и монтаж на 44 климатични системи, включително всички съпътстващи дейности и договорни задължения, е 95 000,00 (деветдесет и пет хиляди) евро без ДДС. Възложителят предвижда опцията с отделен максимален финансов лимит от 5 000,00 (пет хиляди) евро без ДДС, включващ оборудването и всички необходими монтажни, инсталационни и съпътстващи дейности. Този лимит е част от общите 100 000,00 евро без ДДС и не се прибавя над тях. Лимитът за опцията не представлява фиксирано дължимо възнаграждение. Заплаща се само стойността на действително възложеното, изпълнено и прието изпълнение, определена по договорените единични цени и реда на договора. Срокът за изпълнение не може да е повече от 20 /двадесет/ календарни дни  и започва да тече от деня на сключване на договора за изпълнение. Когато последният ден на срока за изпълнение е неприсъствен, срокът изтича в първия присъствен ден. Срокът за гаранционна поддръжка следва да бъде с продължителност не по-малък от 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца, считано от датата на подписване на приемо - предавателен протокол, освен ако в приетото техническо предложение е поет по-дълъг срок за конкретен тип климатична с-ма, който се прилага.
