Съоръженията се доставят и монтират като преместваеми обекти по смисъла на § 5, т. 80 от ДР на ЗУТ, въз основа на одобрени от Гл. арх. на Община К-л схеми за поставяне, поради което съгласно чл. 151 от ЗУТ за изпълнението им не се изисква разрешение за строеж.Изпълнението на доставката и монтажа по всяка ОП ще се осъществява въз основа на писмено възлагателно писмо от Възложителя.Приемането на всеки доставен и монтиран обект се извършва чрез подписване на двустранен ППП между Изпълн. и упълномощен представител на Възложит., след проверка за пълно съответствие с технич. изисквания на Възложит., изискванията на Наредба № 1/12.01.2009 г. за условията и реда за устройството и безопасността на площадките за игра, действащата нормативна уредба и стандартите за безопасност EN 1176 (по части) или еквивалент и БДС EN 1177 или еквивалент.Място на изпълнение: гр.
