Предмет на обществената поръчка е доставка и монтаж на преместваеми павилиони (съблекални) на територията на община Кюстендил. Преместваемите обекти (павилиони) са съоръжения по смисъла на чл. 56 от ЗУТ, за чието поставяне не се изисква одобряване на инвестиционни проекти и издаване на разрешение за строеж, а се извършва въз основа на одобрена схема за поставяне и приложимите проектни решения, съгласно Наредбата на Общински съвет - Кюстендил по чл. 56, ал. 2 от ЗУТ. Общият обем на поръчката обхваща доставка, транспортиране, разтоварване, позициониране и монтаж на общо 10 (десет) броя преместваеми павилиони (съблекални) на седем отделни местоположения на територията на Община Кюстендил, съгласно Техническата спецификация.
