DLR Cologne - Framework agreement dry construction works

The German Aerospace Center (DLR) intends to award a framework agreement for dry construction works at its sites in Cologne-Porz, Bonn-Oberkassel, Bonn-Bad Godesberg and Juelich. Services include dry construction walls, interior doors, plastering and repair works, fire protection works, and suspended and grid ceilings. The estimated total volume is EUR 629,723.40. The performance period starts upon contract award and runs to 31 December 2026, with an annual extension option of up to 4 years, provided the estimated total volume is not exceeded. The framework agreement is intended with several companies, maximum 3. Interested bidders should contact TI-ZVM@DLR.de to receive a self-declaration (VHB 124) or provide a PQ proof. After successful suitability checks, bids will be invited via the subreport platform, expected in calendar week 06.
