Дана вимога не відноситься до власних назв та/або загальноприйнятих визначень, термінів, малюнків, креслень тощо Згідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу "Тендерна документація" та «Додатків до тендерної документації», що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону; застосовані критерії оцінки - ціна (питома вага критерію «Ціна» - 100%). Послуги, що є предметом закупівлі, не підлягають оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість згідно п.п. 197.1.5 п. 197.1 ст. 197 Податкового кодексу України
